Talk first, chair later
The first visit can be a conversation in the office, not the surgery, if you prefer.

A raised hand stops everything
Agreed before we start. No exceptions.

Numbing gel, then time
Gel before every injection, and we wait until you say you are ready.

Sedation for treatment
For longer work, sedation with a trained nurse. You remember very little.

Same clinician every time
You see the dentist you met, not whoever is free.

No lecture, ever
Whatever the state of things, we start from where you are.
