From the first call

What a first visit is like

In the order it happens. Nothing is decided while you are lying down, and you can stop us at any point with a raised hand.

1.
A short call · 5 minutes
Sam asks what is bothering you and books the right slot, usually within the week. No forms.
2.
Your first visit · 30 minutes
A chat first, then the check-up. Photographs on screen. A written plan with prices to take home.
3.
Treatment, if any · At your pace
One thing at a time, with the numbing gel first and a raised hand to pause.
4.
Recall · 6 or 12 months
A text when you are due. Members get two check-ups and two hygiene visits a year included.
