Fees for referred patients are the same as our published fees. Nothing is paid to or by the referring practice.

Email the case with radiographs and photographs. No form to complete.

The consultation is booked within ten days and you get a copy of the plan.
- 03
Implant placement by Dr Kowalczyk, restoration by Dr Marsh, crown made in-house.

We treat only what you referred. The patient stays yours for everything else.
- 05
A written report with radiographs at completion.
