What happens, and in what order

Nothing is started at the consultation, and nothing is signed on the day you first hear the price. The order below is the same for every plan.

A short call

10 minutes

Hannah asks what is bothering you and what you have in mind, and books the consultation with the right clinician. No forms.

60 minutes · £95

Photographs, a digital scan and an honest conversation about options, cost and time. You leave with a written plan. Nothing is started.

As long as you need

Take the plan home. Ask questions by phone or email. The price on it holds for three months.

1 visit

For veneers and bonding, you wear a trial version for a week. We change what you want changed before porcelain is made.

Per your plan

Longer appointments, sedation if you want it, Yuki at the fitting. The coordinator keeps you told at every step.

Ongoing

A review at two weeks, then routine visits. Photographs at every review so we can see what is changing.

02Before you come

Please give 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. Later changes may be charged at half the appointment fee, waived for illness.

03Getting here

By train: Ashcombe station is a four-minute walk across the square. Direct trains from London Paddington every 30 minutes.
By car: Two reserved spaces behind the building for treatment visits; ask Hannah for the gate code. Public parking at Market Yard, three minutes.
Treatment day: Bring a companion if you choose sedation for implants. Everything else, you drive yourself home.
Between visits: Questions go to Hannah on WhatsApp during opening hours; the clinician calls back the same day.
