Why we exist
Fewer procedures, more of each patient
Halcyon opened in 2017 when two consultants decided the best part of their NHS week was the part spent with patients, and built a clinic around that.
We do fewer procedures than a chain and see each patient more. The consultant you meet at your first scan is the one who operates and the one who sees you at every review.
Prices are fixed in writing at the consultation and do not move. If your scans say you are not suitable, we tell you so and charge nothing beyond the consultation.

Laser patients are seen for life at no charge; lens patients for twelve months.

Any laser patient can return at any time, for any concern about their vision, at no charge. Enhancement treatment within the first two years is free where clinically appropriate.
