Nothing. This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, has no user accounts, and does not record who visits.
The callback and referral forms
If you use a form on this site, the details you enter are sent directly to Meridian Health Centre via formspree.io. They are used only for the purpose stated next to the form: “We only use these details to call you back about an appointment or a corporate proposal.”. Nothing from a form is sent to the company that built this website.
Booking online
The booking steps on the home page send your chosen department, clinician, time and contact details to Meridian Health Centre only. “We use these details only to arrange and confirm your appointment. An insurance card or policy number, if provided, is used to check cover and pre-authorisation and is not stored beyond that. Demonstration booking: nothing is sent to a real clinic.”
Links to other services
Where a Book link opens the Meridian portal, the practice’s own booking system, it does so in a new tab. Map links open Google Maps. Register links open the regulators’ own sites. Those services have their own privacy notices and this website shares nothing with them until you click.
