Every fee: Every fee includes any prescription, letter, sick note or referral written at the appointment; medicines are charged at cost. Self-pay, insured or NHS where stated. Larger bills can be spread at 0% over 6, 10 or 12 months.

Insured
GP appointments are usually not covered by insurance; consultant departments, physiotherapy and diagnostics usually are, with a GP referral we write the same morning. Tom checks pre-authorisation before you are seen and we bill the insurer directly where they allow it.
Ways to pay
NHS-funded
We hold NHS contracts for these. If you are entitled there is no fee; if not, the private price applies and we tell you which before you book.

Membership
For people who would rather pay monthly and never think about the fee. Unlimited GP 20 appointments, priority same-day slots, and a discount across every department. Cancel with a month's notice.

Membership is not insurance and does not cover consultant fees, procedures, medicines or tests beyond those listed. Twelve-month minimum on Family Plus. Any larger bill, member or not, can be spread at 0% over 6, 10 or 12 months; the calculator shows the monthly figure.
