Foundry Square is the pedestrian square behind Wexbury Central station. Northgate House is the four-storey stone and glass building on its north side. Patients' cars use the Foundry Lane entrance around the back.

- Wexbury Central is a three-minute walk across Foundry Square. Fast trains from London Paddington every 20 minutes, 41 minutes door to door.
- By car
- Sat-nav to WX1 4NQ brings you to Foundry Lane. Day-surgery and endoscopy patients park free on site; everyone else uses the Foundry Square multi-storey with validation at reception.
- By bus
- Routes 3, 7 and 21 stop on Northgate Street, one minute from the main entrance.
- After sedation or surgery
- You cannot drive for 24 hours after sedation and until you can brake sharply after surgery. Bring someone, or Rachel books a car at cost.
