Each route is a department with a promise, a next slot from its consultants' diaries and a fixed self-pay price. Insured patients pay the excess; consultations usually need a GP referral for the insurer, scans we request usually do not.

Every scan, consultation and operation at Northgate is logged. The figures below are ours alone, for the 2025 audit year, checked by an independent auditor. Demonstration data for this template.

Working days from the first phone call to a written plan from a consultant. 90th percentile: 7 days.

Working days from the scan to the consultant radiologist's report. 99.7% within two days.

From the first call to the scanner. Evening and Saturday slots keep it under 48 hours.

410 prostate pathways from first blood test to the urologist's letter.

From invoice to settlement across ten insurers. Patients are never billed while a claim is open.
Method
Timestamps, not adjectives.
Figures cover every patient seen between 1 January and 31 December 2025. Wait times are measured from the first contact logged in our booking system to the timestamp on the report or letter. Complications are counted if treated anywhere, which we check by phone at 30 days. Audited by an independent clinical auditor in February 2026. Demonstration data for this template.
