    £56 each, as few as it takes. Our audited average is 4.2 sessions.

  3. Blocks and packages

    Paid up front, refunded pro rata if you are discharged early. Over £300, spread at 0%.

  4. Insured

    The invoice goes to your insurer within 3 working days. You pay only your excess.

    Call your insurer for an authorisation number and the number of sessions approved; some ask for a GP referral first.

    Give the number to Beth when you book, online or by phone. She checks the policy rules before you arrive.

    Each invoice goes to the insurer within three working days. Anything the policy does not cover is billed to you at the self-pay price.

Classes, sports massage, the Running MOT and desk assessments are self-pay on nearly every policy.

Studio memberships and class passes

The studio is where people stop needing the clinic. Classes are eight people with a teacher who has read your notes; the rehab floor is open 07:00 to 20:00 for members and current patients. Cancel a monthly membership with a month's notice.

Memberships are self-pay; insurers do not cover classes. Current clinic patients get their first class free. The calculator below spreads the ACL programme or any package over 6, 9 or 12 months at 0% (demonstration figures).
