Go.
5 steps, about four sessions.
01
Find your clinic · 1 minute
Use the body map or the conditions guide, or just phone Beth. You get the clinic, the price and the physio before you book.
02
Book a time · 2 minutes
Online, by WhatsApp or by phone. Pick the physio and a slot; first appointments are usually within the week, acute injuries within 48 hours. Insured? Beth checks your authorisation before you arrive.
03
Your first session · 45 minutes
45 minutes: what happened, an examination, ultrasound if it helps, treatment on the day, and a plan with the number of sessions. Wear something you can move in.
04
Between sessions · 10 minutes a day
Your programme and its videos are in the app the same evening. Your physio checks in within 48 hours. The rehab floor is open to you.
05
Follow-ups and discharge · About 4 sessions
Measured against session one every time, spaced further apart as you take over. Discharge on average at session four, with a maintenance plan and a free first class in the studio.

What happens after your first session
The first session ends with a plan, not a leaflet. Here is what arrives, when, and who is watching between appointments. Everything lives in the Riverside Rehab app, which also works as a plain web page if you would rather not install anything.
01
Before you leave
Your physio shows you the diagnosis on the screen, the three exercises you are starting with, and the number of sessions they expect. You book the next one at the desk with Beth.
02
The same evening
Your programme lands in the app with a video of each exercise, filmed here, and a plain-words summary of what we found. Insured patients: the invoice goes to your insurer, not you.
03
Within 48 hours
Your physio checks in through the app: how did the exercises feel? Adjustments happen here, not at the next appointment.
04
Session two, usually within a week
Measurements against session one: range, strength, pain score. Exercises progressed. You see the line move.
05
Discharge, average session four
A maintenance plan, a clear list of what would bring you back, and a free first class in the studio if strength is the next step.

If we find something that needs a doctor
If an assessment finds something that needs a doctor rather than a physio, we tell you there and then, write to your GP the same day, and phone them if it cannot wait. In 2025 that happened 41 times; nobody was sent home with a leaflet.
Injured today?
Same week, 48 hours for an acute injury.
Phone and Beth answers. Tell her where it hurts and when you can come in; she finds the physio and the slot, and checks your insurer's rules before you arrive.
