What this website stores about you
Nothing. This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, has no user accounts, and does not record who visits.
The booking flow
The details you enter in the booking flow (name, phone, email, insurer and a note) are sent to Riverside Physio & Performance only when you press Send, and only to arrange the appointment. Nothing is stored in your browser, and nothing goes to the company that built this website.
The callback and referral forms
If you use a form, the name, phone number and optional email you enter are sent directly to Riverside Physio & Performance via formspree.io. They are used only to call you back, as stated next to the form: “We only use these details to call you back about an appointment, a package or a corporate enquiry.”.
Links to other services
Map links open Google Maps and insurer lookups open the regulators’ own sites in a new tab. Those services have their own privacy notices and this website shares nothing with them until you click.
Analytics
This website uses no analytics.
Your clinical records
Notes, measurements and exercise programmes are held in the clinic’s practice-management system, not on this website, and are covered by the clinic’s patient privacy notice, available at reception.
