Half the people through the door are runners, from the Otterford parkrun to the half in April and the ones who go to Wexbury for a flat marathon. The running clinic exists for you, and the free Saturday gait mornings are the easiest way in.
Two cameras and pressure sensors show cadence, contact time and left-right symmetry. Most injuries are a load or strength story wearing a mechanical disguise; the video shows which.

One change at a time
We never hand a runner three technique cues. One cue, or none, plus strength work and a sensible volume plan. That is what the evidence supports.
03
A plan for the race, not just the injury
If you have a race date, the plan is built backwards from it, with an honest line about whether it is realistic.
04
Shockwave for the heel and the Achilles
Plantar fascia and Achilles pain older than three months gets shockwave alongside loading. 78% had the pain halved by week 12 last year.
05
The Runners class
Thursday 18:45 with Jake: single-leg strength, calves, hips and the plyometrics you keep meaning to do. Part of any class block.
06
Showers and lockers
Run here along the towpath, shower after your session, run home. Bike racks and a repair stand at the studio door.
Not injured: MOT (£85). Injured, or injured every training block: the package (£245), because the follow-ups are where the change happens. You can upgrade from the MOT within 14 days for the difference.
Will you tell me to stop running?
Rarely, and never for long. Most running injuries are managed by changing volume and adding strength, not by stopping. A suspected stress fracture is the exception and we image it first.
