What happens
Fine needles in muscle and around joints to ease pain and settle a tight muscle so the exercises are possible. Our physios are members of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and use it for what the evidence supports: low back pain, neck pain, tension headaches, knee osteoarthritis and myofascial pain.
Two ways to book it
- On its own, 30 minutes, £58
- Added to any physio session, £15
We do not use it as a stand-alone cure; it is a way of making the rest of the plan easier.
