What happens
Every operation comes with a protocol from the surgeon and a gap between what the leaflet says and what your body is doing. We fill the gap. First session within seven days of surgery (at home if you cannot get in yet), then a plan with dates.
What we rehab most
- Hip and knee replacement
- Rotator cuff repair and shoulder stabilisation
- Meniscus repair and knee arthroscopy
- Achilles repair
- Ankle and wrist fractures after the cast
What you get
An assessment, a plan matched to the surgeon's protocol, follow-ups that get further apart as you take over, and a report to the surgeon before each review. The rehab floor is yours between sessions.
Your plan, step by step.
