Nothing. This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, has no user accounts, and does not record who visits.

If you use the callback form, the name, phone number and optional email you enter are sent directly to Harbour Street Private GP via formspree.io. They are used only to call you back, as stated next to the form: “We only use these details to call you back about an appointment, a screen or an account.”. Nothing from the form is sent to the company that built this website.

The board runs in your browser from the practice diary. When you print a ticket, the details you enter go to the practice’s own booking system and nowhere else. On this demonstration site nothing is sent anywhere.

The “Book online” button opens Harbour Street Online, the practice’s own booking system, in a new tab. Map links open Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy notices and this website shares nothing with them until you click.
