A GP for your people, one invoice a month
For employers, schools, care homes, hotels and other organisations that want their people seen the same day. An account takes a week to open, staff book through the board with the account code, and you receive one invoice a month by employee reference. Occupational health referrals from HR go to Dr Bell and are seen within two working days.

What an account gives your people
- Same-day GP at £65 on account, slots held until 10:00 for account holders; sick notes and return-to-work letters included.
- Occupational health referrals from HR acknowledged within one working hour and seen within two working days; report within 24 hours of the assessment, with the employee's consent.
- Medicals (D4, pre-employment, offshore, seafarer, working at height, drug and alcohol) reported the same day.
- Flu days on your premises from £14 a jab; executive screens at £595 with a car to the station.
- Invoices by employee reference, itemised by appointment type, never by diagnosis; quarterly usage and turnaround summary.
- Care homes and hotels: GP visits within three hours, 08:00 to 20:00, on account.
Does the employer see what the employee was seen for?
No. The invoice carries an employee reference and the appointment type. Clinical information goes to the employer only with the employee's written consent, and only in the form of a fitness-for-work letter.
Is there a minimum size?
No. Our smallest account is a two-person boatyard; the largest is 340 staff at the ferry terminal.
