Every free slot for every doctor today, with the length and the price. Pick one; or phone and Ellie's team picks with you. Members see the board from 07:00.

Arrive five minutes early
Check in at the clock. There is a form on your phone before you come, so reception is a hello. Median wait to be called: nine minutes.

15, 30 or 45 minutes
See the doctor
The whole time is yours. Examination, tests in the room where they help, and a decision. Prescriptions, notes and letters written before you leave.

Within 4 to 48 hours
Results and letters
Everything lands in your Harbour Street Online account with a GP comment. Anything abnormal is phoned to you before it is filed.

Within 4 weeks
Follow-up if you need it
A 15-minute follow-up is £59, or included for members. A summary goes to your NHS GP with your consent, so nothing is repeated twice.

Changing it
Move or cancel any appointment up to two hours ahead, free, from your account or by phone. Later than that, or a missed appointment, is charged at half the fee. Screens need 24 hours' notice. Members are not charged for a first missed appointment in any year.Access
