Fifteen minutes is enough for one clear problem: an infection, a rash, a sick note, a prescription, a question that has been nagging you. Pick a time on the board, arrive five minutes early, and the doctor calls you at that time.
What happens
- You describe the problem; the doctor examines you
- Any prescription is written and sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice, or to our pharmacy partner for delivery
- Sick notes, fit notes and private referral letters are written before you leave
- A summary goes to your NHS GP the same day, if you want it
If it turns out to need longer, the doctor says so and you pay the difference to a 30-minute fee, not a second appointment.

Before you book
Will you have my NHS records?
No, unless you bring a summary or give us permission to request one. Tell the doctor what you take and what you have had; for a repeat medication bring the box. We send our notes to your NHS GP with your consent.
Is the prescription free?
The prescription is included in the fee; the medicine is paid at the pharmacy at its private price. For most antibiotics that is a few pounds. Where an NHS prescription would be cheaper we say so.
