For anything that does not need hands: infections you have had before, rashes (send a photo first), medication, sick notes, results, mental health follow-ups. Book a time on the board, tap the link we text you, and the doctor appears at that time.
What happens
- Prescriptions sent electronically to a pharmacy near you, or delivered by our pharmacy partner by the evening in WX postcodes
- Sick notes and letters emailed as signed PDFs within the hour
- If the doctor needs to examine you, the video fee is deducted from a same-day in-person slot
Video appointments run until 21:00 and on Sundays, when the building is closed.
