How to raise a concern

Speak to anyone at the house, or contact us on 01632 960900, by email at hello@maisonlumiere.example, or in writing to 9 The Crescent, Side entrance on Chapel Mews, Hartley Wells, Wessex, WX9 1LS. Say what happened, when, and what you would like us to do.

If we cannot put it right

You can take your concern to an independent body:

• Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners for a JCCP-registered practitioner, once the clinic has answered
• General Medical Council for concerns about a doctor
• Nursing and Midwifery Council for concerns about a nurse or nurse prescriber
• Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service for private treatment, if the clinic subscribes to ISCAS

Appointments and cancellations

Please give 48 hours' notice to change or cancel. Treatment deposits of £50 are refunded with 48 hours' notice, or at any time if the doctor advises against the treatment. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit; illness is always waived.
