Five questions, one minute. We suggest the one treatment or programme most likely to help, a routine to start tonight, and the consultation that decides it. It is a guide, not a prescription; the doctor's consultation is where the plan is written.

Dry, oily and sensitive skin want different actives and different peels; it decides the routine line more than anything else.

One concern picks one route. The consultation looks at everything; the quiz has to choose.

Under-18s are never treated. Above that, age shifts the balance between prevention and repair.

Sun, over your life so far
Sun exposure decides what light-based treatments can do safely, and a coming tan rules laser and IPL out for now.

What you already use, a recent prescription retinoid, pregnancy and a flare each change what is safe this month.

Three answers end the quiz, on purpose.

We do not offer cosmetic treatment to anyone under 18; it is the law for injectables and our policy for everything else. For acne or a worrying mole, your GP is the right first call, and our doctors are happy to see you with a parent for a skin health check.
I am pregnant, trying, or breastfeeding02
Congratulations, and thank you for telling us. We do not do injectables, peels, laser, IPL or fat freezing during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and we design skincare around it. Book a skin health consultation with Dr Haddad for a routine that is safe now, and we will plan the rest for later.
I have a cold sore, infection or flare right now03
Skin that is infected or flaring is not treated, and we would rather tell you now than at the door. Book a consultation for two weeks from now, or call Charlotte if you would like a doctor to look at the flare itself.
Your answers pull in two directions, which usually means the honest answer is a consultation with imaging rather than a guess. £75, credited to whatever you choose, and nothing injected on the day.

Start with aconversation, nota treatment.
45 minutes with a doctor with a doctor, £75, credited to any treatment within three months. Nothing is injected at a first appointment, for anyone. If the doctor advises no treatment, you have still had the imaging, the routine and the honest answer.
