A Georgian townhouse on The Crescent in Hartley Wells, run as a boarding house by Dr Vance's grandmother and as a skin clinic since 2017. Doctor-led, nurse-prescribed, therapist-maintained, and quieter than you expect.

Eleanor Vance was a GP for twelve years and had, by her own count, referred several hundred patients to aesthetic clinics she had never seen inside. When she trained in aesthetic medicine herself she found an industry that sold by the syringe and reviewed by the Instagram post. The house opened in 2017 with three rules that have not changed: a doctor sees everyone first, nobody is treated on the day they decide, and every treatment is reviewed at two weeks whether or not anything needs doing.
Samir Haddad came from NHS dermatology in 2020 and brought the skin checks and the prescription programmes; Rosalind Achebe brought eleven years of injecting and a preference for half a millilitre; Tomasz Nowak built the laser room. The team is eight; it has been eight for three years. There are four treatment rooms, one laser room, a consulting room with the imaging, and a door on Chapel Mews for anyone who would rather not use the front.

The smallest honest dose, then a two-week review with photographs where we add, adjust or leave alone, at no charge.

Every treatment tells you the days, the longevity and the risks before you book, on the menu and again in the room.

№ 02The rooms, and the rules
The review policy
Every injectable treatment includes a review at two weeks with photographs compared to your consultation images. Anti-wrinkle injections are topped up at the review if the result is short or uneven, at no charge. Hyaluronic acid filler is adjusted or dissolved at no charge if we agree the result is not right. Courses are reviewed at three months with imaging. If the doctor advises at consultation that a treatment is not right for you, any deposit is refunded in full.

45 minutes with a doctor with a doctor, £75, credited to any treatment within three months. Nothing is injected at a first appointment, for anyone. If the doctor advises no treatment, you have still had the imaging, the routine and the honest answer.
