Lips: thinning and lines

Lips lose border and volume with age, and vertical lines let lipstick bleed. Half a millilitre of a soft filler, and a little anti-wrinkle around the mouth if needed.

Melasma

Symmetrical brown patches on the cheeks, forehead or upper lip, driven by hormones and sun. It is not sun damage and IPL makes it worse; a prescription programme is the treatment.
