What it costs, what that includes, and what holds a date.
Every price is the full price, including the consultation credit, the two-week review and any top-up at it. Injectables are priced by area or millilitre so the plan can be costed before you commit. Demonstration pricing for this example site.
- Deposit
- £50 holds a treatment date and comes off the price. Refunded in full if the doctor advises against.
- To think
- 48 hours or more. At least 48 hours, for everyone, every time.
- Cancelling
- Please give 48 hours' notice to change or cancel. Treatment deposits of £50 are refunded with 48 hours' notice, or at any time if the doctor advises against the treatment. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit; illness is always waived.
- Included
- Every injectable treatment includes a review at two weeks with photographs compared to your consultation images. Anti-wrinkle injections are topped up at the review if the result is short or uneven, at no charge.

Instalments are offered on courses, programmes and plans through a regulated finance partner, subject to status. Single injectable treatments are paid on the day: we do not think a needle should be on credit. Deposits of £50 are taken for treatment slots and refunded with 48 hours' notice.

How do deposits work?
A £50 deposit secures a treatment appointment and comes off the price on the day. It is refunded in full if you cancel with 48 hours' notice, or at any time if the doctor decides at consultation that the treatment is not right for you. Consultations are paid on the day and credited to any treatment within three months.
Gift vouchersAny amount
Do you sell gift vouchers, and can they be used for injectables?
Vouchers are for any amount and are valid for twelve months on facials, LED, skincare, programmes and skin plans. They cannot be used for injectables: a gift should never be the reason someone has a needle in their face. If the recipient chooses an injectable after a consultation, the voucher value can be used toward the consultation and skincare instead.

45 minutes with a doctor with a doctor, £75, credited to any treatment within three months. Nothing is injected at a first appointment, for anyone. If the doctor advises no treatment, you have still had the imaging, the routine and the honest answer.
