What happens from your first call to your last review at Maison Lumière Skin Clinic, and the rule that nobody is treated on the day they decide.
№ 01Step by step
Five steps, and the wait between them is deliberate.
- 01AskFive minutes
Call, message or take the skin quiz. Charlotte tells you which appointment fits, what it costs and how long the whole thing takes. No deposit for a consultation.
- 02Consult45 minutes
Forty-five minutes with a doctor: imaging, history, options with prices, downtime and how long each lasts. You leave with a written plan and nothing else.
- 03Think48 hours or more
At least 48 hours, for everyone, every time. Book the treatment when you are ready; a £50 deposit holds it and comes off the price. Change your mind and it is refunded.
- 04Treat20 to 90 minutes
Photographs first. The treatment as planned, no more. Aftercare sheet, the emergency line, and your review booked before you leave. Charlotte rings the next day.
- 05Review20 minutes
Two weeks later, photographs compared. A top-up, an adjustment or nothing. Then a message at three months, a skin check yearly, and a plan if you want one.

Nothing is injected at a first appointment, for anyone. If the doctor advises no treatment, you have still had the imaging, the routine and the honest answer.

- Cooling off
- At least 48 hours, for everyone, every time. Book the treatment when you are ready; a £50 deposit holds it and comes off the price. Change your mind and it is refunded.
- Deposit
- £50 holds a treatment date and comes off the price.
- Cancelling
- Please give 48 hours' notice to change or cancel. Treatment deposits of £50 are refunded with 48 hours' notice, or at any time if the doctor advises against the treatment. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit; illness is always waived.
- The review
- Every injectable treatment includes a review at two weeks with photographs compared to your consultation images. Anti-wrinkle injections are topped up at the review if the result is short or uneven, at no charge.
