10Aftercare and your review

Aftercare and yourreview

Treatment is the middle of the story. Here is what happens afterwards, when we call, when you come back, and what to do if something does not feel right. Everything on this page is included in the price.

01The moments

Aftercare messages

Treatment is the middle of the story.

  1. 01

    Before you leave

Your practitioner goes through the aftercare sheet, you photograph the QR code for the aftercare messages, and Charlotte books your review before you reach the door.

  2. 02

    The first 24 hours

An aftercare message that evening with the sheet for your treatment. A doctor is on the emergency line around the clock for injectables.

  3. 03

    The day after

Charlotte rings to ask how it feels. Bruising, swelling and bumps are normal; anything on the 'call us' list is passed to the doctor within the hour.

  4. 04

    Two weeks

The review. Photographs compared with the consultation images; a top-up, an adjustment, or nothing at all. This appointment is never optional and never charged.

  5. 05

    Three months, then yearly

A message to ask how the skin is; a doctor's review at three months for programmes and courses; a skin check reminder every year.

Every injectable treatment includes a review at two weeks with photographs compared to your consultation images. Anti-wrinkle injections are topped up at the review if the result is short or uneven, at no charge. Hyaluronic acid filler is adjusted or dissolved at no charge if we agree the result is not right. Courses are reviewed at three months with imaging. If the doctor advises at consultation that a treatment is not right for you, any deposit is refunded in full.
