How the verdict is decided

01Points are added per route. The route with the most points is the verdict; ties go to the safer route.
02A clean set of "no" answers scores routine; one ABCDE feature (2 or 3 points) outweighs it and lands on "book this week".
03Many moles, atypical moles or a previous skin cancer pull the verdict towards a full-body check or mapping.
04Bleeding, oozing or change within weeks stops the check: ring for a same-day slot.
05All "not sure": send a photo. Claire decides, free, within one working day.
