Surveillance plans
A monthly plan makes it both: the annual check or map, priority photo triage in between, and a fixed price for anything we find. Twelve-month minimum, then monthly. Procedures and the acne programme can also be spread over 0% instalments; the calculator is below.

Plans are demonstration pricing. They cover checks and triage; surgery and histology are charged at the plan discount when needed. Health insurers rarely cover mapping, which is why the plan exists.

Procedures by the month, at 0%.
Instalments are offered through a regulated finance partner, subject to status; 24-month terms carry 9.9% APR representative. Insured patients pay only their excess on the day. Photo triage, GP letters and fit notes are never charged.

Billed directly: give Rosie your policy number and authorisation code and you pay only your excess. Most insurers want a GP referral first. Mole mapping, surveillance plans and cosmetic removals are not usually covered; we tell you which before you book.
00How mapping works
Next year's map compared with this year's.
A photography booth that captures the whole skin surface in standardised positions and software that aligns this year's images with last year's and flags any mole that is new or has changed. Dermoscopic images of individual moles are attached to their position on the map.
