Cancelling
Consultations and checks can be cancelled or moved free of charge with 24 hours' notice; after that we charge half the fee. Surgery and patch-testing weeks need 48 hours' notice. Same-day mole slots are never charged if you do not need them after all.

Surveillance by the month, procedures by instalment.
Skin surveillance works when it is yearly and it is boring. A monthly plan makes it both: the annual check or map, priority photo triage in between, and a fixed price for anything we find. Twelve-month minimum, then monthly. Procedures and the acne programme can also be spread over 0% instalments; the calculator is below.

Instalments are offered through a regulated finance partner, subject to status; 24-month terms carry 9.9% APR representative. Insured patients pay only their excess on the day. Photo triage, GP letters and fit notes are never charged.
06Histology included
What “histology included” means.
Everything removed goes to a consultant dermatopathologist and the price includes it. The surgeon phones you with the result within five working days.
- 01Every piece of tissue removed here is examined under a microscope by a consultant dermatopathologist. There is no option to skip it, and no separate laboratory bill.
- 02The result is phoned to you by the surgeon who took the sample, within five working days; urgent cases in three. It is never posted and never left on voicemail.
- 03If the histology shows more than expected, the second procedure is quoted before it is booked, and a melanoma is referred to the NHS skin cancer team the same day, free.
- 04The report goes to your GP within two working days, and a copy is yours on request.
