The 60-day promise
60-day money-back promise on every pair, no restocking fee. Maker's warranty of two or three years (four on Premium care). Aftercare appointments for four years. If your hearing changes within the four years and the aids can no longer be set to it, we put the full price towards a new pair.
Or the NHS
Hearing aids on the NHS cost nothing. If the NHS route would suit you just as well, we say so and write to your GP.

the NHS
You can change your mind, and you can choose the NHS instead; we say both out loud.
The 60-day promise
60 days
Wear any pair from us for 60 days, in every room of your life. Come back as often as you need. If they are not right for you, for any reason, return them for a full refund with no restocking fee. Paid monthly? The agreement is cancelled too. Last year 65 pairs came back and 65 refunds were paid.
Or the NHS
Free
If our test shows the NHS route would suit you just as well, or your hearing needs a doctor before anyone fits an aid, we tell you plainly and write to your GP the same day. Last year 3.4% of tests were referred on rather than fitted, and half the people who booked the NHS aid check left with their NHS aids and nothing to buy.

Cash plans
We do not bill private medical insurers; hearing aids are rarely covered by them. Simplyhealth and Medicash cash plans pay a fixed amount towards hearing tests and hearing aids, usually £100 to £300 a year: pay us, send our receipt, and the plan pays you back. Sandra will print what you need.

Moving or cancelling
Please give us 24 hours' notice if you need to move or cancel, by phone or by replying to your reminder text. There is no charge for a first cancellation. Missed hearing-aid fittings and home visits are charged £40 the second time, because a slot and a journey have been kept for you.
