Every style comes at every level, and the price is by level, so choose the style you like. Everything below is a pair, fitted, with four years of aftercare.

Level 1
Essential

Quiet rooms, one-to-one, the television. Two or three listening programmes. The right level for a quiet life and the one the NHS most nearly matches.
Level 2
Standard
£2,295
a pair, or £86 a month
Small groups, the car, the phone streamed through the aids. Some help with noise behind speech.
Level 3
Advanced

a pair, or £112 a month
Restaurants, meetings, the school play. Directional microphones and real speech-in-noise help. Where most people who go out a lot land.
Level 4
Premium

a pair, or £142 a month
The busiest rooms, the most automatic, the best in noise we can fit today. For work, for music, for people who do not want to think about their aids.

What the
features mean
Four things every pair from us has, in plain words, and the promise written down.
Independent, so every maker
We fit the main seven makers and are tied to none. The price is by technology level, not by brand, so we choose what suits your ears.
Real-ear measured, every time
Twenty extra minutes with a probe tube in your ear canal, so the aid delivers your prescription in your ear, not an average one.
60 days to be sure
Wear them everywhere for 60 days. If they are not right, bring them back for a full refund, whatever the reason.
Four years, the same faces
Every follow-up, every clean, every yearly re-tune for four years, with Alan, Priya or Tom, not a call centre.
The promise, in writing
60-day money-back promise on every pair, no restocking fee. Maker's warranty of two or three years (four on Premium care). Aftercare appointments for four years. If your hearing changes within the four years and the aids can no longer be set to it, we put the full price towards a new pair.

Bring a relative or friend into the appointment; we encourage it. A familiar voice is the best thing to test with, and two people remember more than one.
