What this is
Some people want to try before they commit to a pair, even with the 60-day promise. So we lend one: a pair at the level we think fits, set up with real-ear measurement exactly as your own would be, for two weeks at home, at work and at the family table.
The £95 deposit covers the domes and the clean, and it comes straight back at the end, or off the price if you go ahead. There is no obligation and Sandra will not chase you. Most people who take a trial pair keep something, but one in five decides not yet, and that is fine.

What happens,
in order
Nothing here is hurried. Each step is explained before it happens, and written down for you afterwards in large print.
Bring someone with you
Bring a relative or friend into the appointment; we encourage it. A familiar voice is the best thing to test with, and two people remember more than one.
Day 1
A 60-minute fitting, real-ear measured, at a slightly quiet setting.
Day 4
We phone. Anything odd is adjusted over the app or in a ten-minute visit.
Day 14
You tell us what you noticed. Keep, choose a different level, or hand them back.

The honest bit
- Trial aids are a stock pair in a standard colour and dome, so the fit is close but not final
- Two weeks is enough to notice the difference and not long enough for your brain to finish adjusting; we say so
