If you use the callback form, the name, phone number and optional email you enter are sent directly to Fenwick Hearing via formspree.io. They are used only to call you back, as stated next to the form: “We only use these details to ring you back about an appointment, a home visit, or a question about hearing aids. Relatives may leave their own number.”. Nothing from the form is sent to the company that built this website.

The booking form sends your name, number, the appointment and the time you chose to Fenwick Hearing and nowhere else. On this demonstration it sends nothing at all.

Appointments and reminders
Reminders come by text or post, in large print, and only to the number or address you gave us. Please give us 24 hours' notice if you need to move or cancel, by phone or by replying to your reminder text. There is no charge for a first cancellation. Missed hearing-aid fittings and home visits are charged £40 the second time, because a slot and a journey have been kept for you.
Your records at the practice
- Your hearing results and notes are kept on paper and in the practice system, not on this website
- We write to your GP only with your permission, and we tell you when we do
- You can ask for a large-print copy of anything we hold about you
