What this is
Hearing changes slowly and hearing aids drift. Once a year we test again, compare with last year, re-set the aids to the new prescription with real-ear measurement, and give them a deep clean at the bench. It keeps aids working for the whole four years and beyond, and it is how we catch a change that needs a doctor.
Sandra sends a reminder in the month your review is due. The review is free for four years on any pair from us; for aids from elsewhere it is £45.
