What this is
Most hearing aid 'faults' are a blocked filter, a split tube or a flat battery, and Jenny fixes those at the bench while you wait. Tuesday morning is repairs morning: no appointment, bring the aids and a cup of tea.
If an aid needs the maker, we send it the same day, lend you a pair while it is away, and it is usually back in seven to ten working days. Under warranty it costs nothing. Out of warranty, a maker's repair is from £95 and we tell you the price before it goes.
We repair any make bought anywhere, including NHS aids where the NHS has stopped supporting them, though we will always point you to the NHS repair service first if it is free for you.
