What this is
If a room, a voice or the television is still hard, you do not always need to come in. With the maker's app on your phone (or a relative's), we can send a new setting to your aids while we talk. Fifteen minutes, on a day that suits you, and it is how we look after people who moved away, or who find the journey hard in winter.
We set the app up at your fitting. If you would rather not use a phone, the Tuesday drop-in and the home visits are there instead.
