About Jenny
Jenny joined in 2015 and runs the repairs bench by the back door: cleaning, retubing, domes, filters, chargers, and the Tuesday morning drop-in where nobody needs an appointment. She labels the bag of unnamed aids that every care home has, she teaches relatives how to change a wax filter, and she is the reason most 'broken' aids go home working the same morning.
