If you are not clearly better, we change the approach, swap you to the other discipline at no extra first-visit charge, or write to your GP for imaging or a referral. Any unused block sessions are refunded. We do not keep booking people who are not improving.
Visit 3, the review. You score pain and function against visit one. Clearly better: the plan continues and spaces out. Not clearly better: we change the approach, swap discipline, or refer you to your GP, imaging or a specialist. We do not keep booking on hope.
Bring the report; if you have the images on a disc or a link, bring those too. We read them with you, but a radiologist's report is the authority on what the scan shows.
