Maintenance memberships
For the people who are discharged and would rather not wait for the next flare: a follow-up a month, or two, at a lower price than the block, with priority for the same-day slots. Cancel with a month's notice. Members are a third of our follow-up diary and the reason the acute slots exist.

The small print, in full
Memberships are self-pay; insurers do not cover maintenance visits. First visits are always paid separately, because the plan comes first. The calculator spreads a block of 8, the Steady programme or a desk-plus-treatment package over 3 or 6 months at 0% (demonstration figures).
- Joined at the desk or by phone after discharge; never sold at a first visit
- Paid monthly by direct debit; a month’s notice to cancel, no fee
- Unused visits roll over as each membership says; a follow-up is otherwise £52
- Priority same-day slots are held for members who flare
