What it is, in plain words.

An hour covers the whole posterior chain or two areas properly, with time for assisted stretching at the end. The week before or after a race, a long ride, or when everything is tight at once.

Blocks of six 60-minute massages are £330 (£55 each). Members get 10% off.

Rated 4.9 by 84 massage patients last year (demonstration data)

What should I wear?

Something loose you can move in. For a back or hip we may ask you to strip to underwear or wear shorts; we have shorts and a gown, a towel covers you, and you can keep leggings on if you prefer. You can bring someone with you. Say what you are comfortable with and we work around it.
