Plate I
Back & neck

30 minutes: what changed since last time, treatment, the exercises progressed.
Acute back pain today, otherwise within 48 hours
Plate I, fig. 1The plate
Every follow-up starts by measuring against the last one: pain score, the movement that hurt, what the exercises felt like. Then hands-on treatment, then the plan is adjusted. Visit three is the formal review point.
A block of four follow-ups is £192 (£48 each) and a block of eight is £360 (£45 each). Blocks are valid for twelve months, can be shared with a partner or child, and unused sessions are refunded if you are discharged early. Members pay £42 a month for one follow-up a month.
Most patients are discharged by visit 4 (2025, demonstration data)
What should I wear?
Something loose you can move in. For a back or hip we may ask you to strip to underwear or wear shorts; we have shorts and a gown, a towel covers you, and you can keep leggings on if you prefer. You can bring someone with you. Say what you are comfortable with and we work around it.
