What we work with
Hands, mostly. The kit is what makes hands-on treatment comfortable and honest: tables that move, tape that helps for a week, a desk-assessment bag and a balance test with a stopwatch. No machines are sold, and there is no X-ray on the premises by choice.

What makes hands-on treatment comfortable and honest, and nothing that is sold.

Electric tables in every room, warm wood and linen, that lower to 50 cm for getting on and off and tilt for side-lying pregnancy treatment. The baby room has a low padded table at parent height.

Tape applied at the end of a visit to support a joint or remind a muscle for the week between visits. It comes off in the shower after four or five days; it is a help, not a treatment.

A tape measure, a laptop riser and a spare keyboard to demonstrate with, a camera for before-and-after photos, and a one-page report template. Daniel's whole practice fits in a rucksack.

A stopwatch, a chair, a tape on the floor and standardised tests: single-leg stand, sit-to-stand in thirty seconds, a timed walk. Scored at the first and last Steady visit and written to your GP.

Single-use sterile acupuncture needles, used within a visit to release a tight band of muscle that hands alone are slow to shift. Ten minutes at most, £12, and only with your consent.

No X-ray, by choice
No machines are sold, and there is no X-ray on the premises by choice..
We only ask for imaging when the examination finds something that needs ruling out, and then it goes through your GP or a private referral within two working days. Nothing is sold on the day.
