What it is, in plain words.
Chiropractic follow-ups are short and specific. Sophie checks how you moved since last time, adjusts what needs adjusting and progresses your exercises. Visit four is the review.
Blocks
Four chiropractic follow-ups are £168 (£42 each); eight are £320 (£40 each). Twelve months to use them, refunded if you are discharged early.

What should I wear?
Something loose you can move in. For a back or hip we may ask you to strip to underwear or wear shorts; we have shorts and a gown, a towel covers you, and you can keep leggings on if you prefer. You can bring someone with you. Say what you are comfortable with and we work around it.

Why are chiropractic follow-ups shorter?
Because an adjustment-based visit is quick. If you also want longer soft-tissue work, book a 30-minute massage with Tom or an osteopathy follow-up; blocks work for either.
