Plate II
Pregnancy & postnatal

Back, pelvic and rib pain in pregnancy; the postnatal check at six weeks; a baby who prefers one side. One osteopath with the training for all three, one room by the door with a rocking chair, and a page that says honestly what osteopathy can and cannot do.

Side-lying treatment with pillows, a belt if it helps, ways to sleep, sit and get out of the car. Most people are clearly easier by visit two; 81% last year.
Mei Lin treats side-lying or seated from twelve weeks and does not manipulate the lower back or pelvis in the third trimester.
From six weeks: pelvis, back, the scar if you had a caesarean, lifting and feeding positions, and a referral to a women's health physio for pelvic floor work, which is not ours.
By the green door, step-free, with a low padded table, a rocking chair, a changing mat and a box of toys for the toddler. Buggies come inside.
Partners, toddlers, the baby to your own appointment. Feed whenever you need to. Sessions run at the baby's pace, and crying is fine.
The Household membership covers you, your partner and the baby's follow-ups for £105 a month; a block of four can be shared too.

No, and we will not claim to. That is a conversation with your midwife about a procedure called ECV. We can make you more comfortable while you wait for it.

Honest about babies
Written inside the advertising rules, and it says so.
We check the whole baby and help with tightness and one-sidedness. We do not claim to treat colic, reflux, sleep or flat head, because the evidence does not let us; and we tell you when the GP is the right call.
The GOsC and ASA guidance, to the letter.
